Print-ibles Quality Printed Products

PRINT-IBLES guarantees your satisfaction with the workmanship of your one-of-a-kind photo book. If for any reason your book arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us via PRINT-IBLES order support within 7 days of receiving your order. PRINT-IBLES WILL  REFUND  OR REPLACE YOUR ORDER (your choice) for all shipping damaged product or manufacturing defect with proof of such by either emailing a photo of the problem or sending product that has been damaged back. Once product has been paid for and sent to us, we will start the print and bind process within 24 hours, therefore orders cannot be cancelled once paid for.

Please note that each book you order from PRINT-IBLES, is individually handmade by one of our professional book printing specialists.

Since your unique book has been created by you and uploaded to PRINT-IBLES to be printed and bound,by you, we ask you to make sure that you check and double check your book for all errors or omissions as once sent to us as a completed file, we are unable to proof, edit, or change your content in any way. This means it’s your responsibility to review your book in the software, fix if necessary and approve the finished book before you upload the file to us. PRINT-IBLES is not responsible for customer generated mistakes, errors or defects including spelling, poor quality derived from low-resolution images, dark or fizzy images, order quantity ,or other ordering errors. Please be sure to preview your book carefully before placing your order. Images and text will be printed as they appear in the preview. Do not send pictures that appear in the preview at a resolution lower than 72 dpi Design issues, including book format, organization, style, color and page layout should also be checked. Most important, remember to keep all text and borders  1/2″ from  all edges of each page and 1/4″ on either side of center book gutter. Keep all text and people from the center cutter in a 2-page panoramic spread.
